Furthermore, free software updates are regularly offered to you to further improve the product’s performances and functionalities, taking users’ suggestions into account.

To further meet our clients’ needs, we are proud to offer you the ‘VIP PACK 2012’, a new annual service that includes:

- A complete servicing of your GPS Tripy II at our premises, including the dismantling and cleaning of its internal components, a meticulous check of the battery, checking of the casings’ seal and of course application of all hardware and software updates (*)
- A 12-month subscription to updates of the AlerteGPS radar by Wikango (**)
- A personalised, 1-hour training session via the Internet to enable you to get even more out of your Tripy II GPS in its day-to-day use (***)
- Preferential and priority access to our support team
