Tripy Rally Services Timing Fleets

Tripy RS operates several fleets of high-precision GPS devices, all developed and assembled in-house — totaling around 2,400 units.

Each device is configured to meet the specific needs of event organizers, whether for modern or regularity rallies (VHC–VHRS), touristic adventures, professional or amateur tour operators, press launches, or rally raids.

Tripy-S

The Tripy‑S GPS is currently the most widely used model. Its minimalist screen displays only the essential information for the crew: speed zone, red flag, stopped car, rally time. Equipped with a 4G module and a rugged battery to prevent power failures, Tripy‑S can support events anywhere in the world.

Its high‑precision satellite connectivity ensures reliable and accurate timing. Tripy‑S features the best GPS reception module on the market. Its compact size does not distract the crew, allowing them to focus 100% on the road. Tripy‑S is capable of providing live tracking on modern rallies and supports the “Red Flag” safety functionalities.

Tripy-R

The Tripy-R GPS is the second compact tracking model.

Equipped with a larger screen, it offers the same level of precision as the Tripy-S while also being able to display roadbook pictograms.

Its 3G module is still perfectly functional, but its successor (expected in 2026) will be 5G-compatible to ensure optimal connectivity in all conditions.

Tripy-K

The Tripy-K GPS is a purebred cross between the Tripy-3 and the Tripy-S.
Equipped with an ultra-readable color screen, it can display complex roadbooks such as those used in rally-raids. A true professional co-driver, it allows you to time and monitor your participants’ performance, including speed control.
Specially developed and manufactured for use in the Dakar, it is the perfect companion for rally-raids across the dunes or for providing high-end navigation in exceptional vehicles. For demanding interiors, the Tripy-K can be fitted with an external antenna. Its large-capacity battery ensures more than 24 hours of tracking. The Tripy-K fleet counts 850 units.

Tripy II

The Tripy II GPS is a consumer digital roadbook, originally designed to create and display the most beautiful on-road or off-road routes, in optimal riding conditions (historically for motorcycles). It is therefore an extremely efficient electronic roadbook offering a simple, ultra-readable display. Tripy II enhances passive safety while providing the rider with both enjoyment and efficiency.
It does not provide tracking, timing, or speed control.
The Tripy II fleet includes 75 units, which will soon be replaced by the new Tripy 3 with a color touch screen..
