 David Castera

Director ASO Dakar & Morocco:

“I have been using the Tripy RiverNotes software for 10 years now, and thanks to the flexibility, attentiveness, and expertise of Tripy, we have been able to implement a significant number of improvements that make this software the best for route creation and roadbook production. Roadbook writing has evolved, color has become essential, and RiverNotes is the ideal tool for that. Come, like at the Rally of Morocco, discover RiverNotes and equip yourself with a professional tool with ease!”

 Julien Letullier

Désertours Organisation

(Rose des Sables, 4L Trophy):

“Since 2017, we have deployed Tripy on our female trophies ‘Trophée Roses des Sables’ and ‘Trophée Roses des Andes’, which serve us, on the one hand, for distance measurements and route checks regarding the rankings, and on the other hand, allow all competitors to follow the roadbooks precisely using the Tripy tripmaster — a remarkable tool! I must say that Tripy is now an integral part of our events.”

Michel Ferry

General Commissioner ACM for the Monte-Carlo Historique:

« The Automobile Club de Monaco has always been keen to stay at the forefront of technology in order to improve the quality of its events. Given the reputation of our Regularity Rallies, it was essential to provide a tracking and timing system that ensures perfect fairness for all our competitors. After our specialists validated the Tripy system by comparing it to traditional timing methods, the quality and reliability of the data recorded by the Tripy II trmcb® GPS proved flawless in our MCH Rally since 2010, providing the services desired by the organization: consistent precision, tracking of the route followed by each crew, and systematic speed control in urban areas — a control that has become essential for the sustainability of the rallies. During the 2018 Monte-Carlo Historique Rally, the new Tripy-R® GPS, the latest major evolution from Tripy, was deployed for the first time in the vehicles of the 314 participating crews. This new technology captured all 70,650 expected arrivals along the 2,000 km route — 100% of the expected results with unmatched accuracy, even in the most challenging topographical conditions, such as the Col du Turini. In conclusion, the Tripy-R® GPS system, in addition to offering enhanced passive safety through alarm buttons and automatic accident detection, makes our event safer and fairer thanks to the numerous invisible arrival points, while ensuring reliability that meets the high expectations of our competitors.»

 Christian Jupsin

DG Sports:

«Christian Jupsin and Robert Vandervorst join the entire DG SPORT team to congratulate Tripy Rally Services on the occasion of the 31st Tour of Belgium 2014: an impeccable performance during which 1 million tracking positions were recorded over the 23 regularity tests spread across the 3 days of an outstanding race, featuring 219 timing points for each of the 99 participating competitors. More than just a commendation»

Etienne Massillon

Race Director

« During the entire Condroz Rally, we were able to track the participants, verify data, and check timing schedules. Off-road incidents visible on the program allowed us to intervene very quickly and easily dispatch logistics vehicles thanks to the known positions. After the rally, this system enabled us to locate damage caused to local property by competitors and involve the insurance companies. We look forward to next year to make even better use of the possibilities offered by Tripy!
