The quality of the data is the key to the success of the rally.

If you are an event or rally organizer and you choose Tripy to handle the sporting monitoring, here are the essential data you must send us four weeks before the event. This allows us to verify the information, program the control track, servers, and GPS units, and simulate the rally.
It is advisable to check the availability of equipment and teams at least 6 months before the date of your event.

4 required combined elements :

1. The complete rally route including all waypoints to be monitored (CH, CP, DSS, ASS, FF, DZ‑FZ, etc.)
2. The descriptive nomenclature of each waypoint corresponding to the rally control points, as well as a precise mechanical distance measurement made using a properly calibrated odometer and under the same driving conditions and circumstances.
3. The rally timing, i.e., the scheduled times for checks, starts, and estimated finishes for each liaison section and special stage.
4. The list of race numbers and their specific categories (even if this list is not yet nominative).

Tripy RS verifies the data, programs, and simulates the rally before any on-site operation to ensure the final quality.

Before contacting us, please identify the programmable functions according to your specific needs:

Timing, tracking, speed and route control, calculation of distances covered, technical or S.O.S alerts, digital roadbook or screen display, self-start for certain specials, circuit, etc.

Warning! For reasons of neutrality, sporting fairness, and transparency, Tripy Rally Services does not manage classifications or the results office. Tripy RS focuses solely on collecting tens of thousands of high-precision data points in real time.

The presence of Tripy personnel during your event is not mandatory; however, each Tripy is specifically programmed for a known car number, which must be respected during distribution.
